We collect your name and email address through our contact form. We will use contact form submissions to communicate with you and to respond to your enquiry. We will retain this data for administrative purposes, but we do not use the information for marketing purposes.

We use Free To Book as our booking and availability provider. Freetobook is booking software used by accommodation providers to enable their customers to make online bookings and manage those bookings.

We only share your data with companies that we use to provide this website or additional services upon which we rely. We do not share data with third party advertising networks or other organisations that are not directly involved in providing our services.

How long we retain your data

If you make an enquiry, the data that you provide may be retained for up to 12 months, or until such time as the enquiry has been fully addressed. Data provided as part of a booking may be retained for seven years, in line with the legal and financial reporting requirements laid down by government departments such as HMRC.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics.

Payment processing is provided by Paypal.

Data held by ourselves or our service providers is maintained in secure commercial data centres with regular backups and security audits.
